Jim started NU Packaging in 2002 to make working in the distribution business fun. What he did not realize is that with the creation of his company, he also gained many new friendships and partnerships he enjoys everyday. Being in the packaging business since 1976, Jim has enjoyed watching the changes throughout. Whether it is helping a customer design a point-of-purchase display or getting their product on the market, Jim thinks customer satisfaction is the greatest goal.

Justin is an important asset to the NU Packaging team. He has been with the company since 2002, starting in the warehouse and working his way up to sales. Justin always loves to keep a great relationship with his customers and our vendors. He is always willing to go the extra mile for the company and help us grow in many ways.

Hobbies: Spending time with his three kids; Ryland, Noah, and Abigail and his wonderful wife Kayla. He also enjoys golfing, boating, and camping.

Vice President, Distribution

As the Key Account Manager, Brian has excelled in many areas. Brian has been in sales since 1990, almost all of that in distribution of one type or another. While working for a farm distribution company, he finished his degree at the University of Phoenix in Business Administration. He has been married for over 30 years and has two children, and three grandchildren who all reside in Lehi, Utah.

Hobbies: Brian loves to play golf, spoil his grandchildren, and travel to tropical climates.

Philip joined our ranks in mid 2017 with over 20 years of packaging experience under his belt. He owned his own packaging company in Ireland before selling it and moving to the States. Philip is a key part of our operation and has already increased our sales.

Hobbies: Philip is a soccer coach and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.

Operations Manager

Jeremy has been with NU Packaging since 2011. Starting as a driver for a year and a half and then moving into the office. In the office Jeremy is a vital part of the operations for NU Packaging. Jeremy oversees all of the operations making sure everything runs as smoothly and efficient as possible. He is also in charge of the new online ordering system NU Packaging released in the Spring of 2014. Jeremy is passionate about technology and the future it holds.

Chief Financial Officer

Kayla came to NU Packaging from the healthcare industry in 2010. Rapidly learning the business and how to handle our accounting she became Office Manager, Controller and now CFO. As the Chief Financial Officer she has many responsibilities which include helping to develop plans for future growth and plays a primary role in executing the company's financial strategy. She does all of this while raising three children, Ryland, Noah and Abigail

Hobbies: She loves camping, golfing, traveling to relaxing on a beach and hanging with friends.

Megan has been a part of NU Packaging since 2004. Megan has developed a love for the packaging industry and is always up for learning more. She really enjoys working with our sales team and our customers. She works closely with our vendors to provide customers with the best products possible. When Megan isn’t at NU Packaging she is mom to her three great kids Briley, Teagan and Dakota.

Steve has been with NU Packaging since 2012 as an independent contractor. Steve comes from the picture frame industry where Steve spent 30 years. He wants to build strong relationships with his clients. With NU Packagings philosophy of Superior Customer Service. Steve has been married for 27 years to his wonderful wife LaNa, he has 3 children, and 6 grandchildren. Steve is excited to be part of the team at NU Packaging. Account Manager

Colton has been with NU Packaging since 2003. He started as a driver and is now moving into the sales department.  Colton has been instrumental with the development of our delivery processes and customer services. Colton has a real love for NU Packaging and the customers. He is excited and ready for what lies ahead in sales, and can’t wait to learn more about the packaging industry. Colton has an amazing son, Carter, who he loves to spend time with.

Ryan started with NU Packaging at the beginning of 2017. Ryan has more than 25 years of production and account management experience. He also has many years of experience in shipping and receiving and print and mailing. Ryan has been married for almost 25 years to his wife and best friend Kathy. They have four children and three grandchildren. He is excited to be working with the NU Packaging professionals. His favorite saying is, “It’s never wrong to do the right thing.”

Edmund has been helping clients with packaging solutions for over 20 years, and has been with NU Packaging since May of 2018. Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from The University of Utah.

Dodgers. She is a mom to 4 wonderful boys, she loves listening to music and loves coffee. Her goal is to one day get her B.A. in Accounting.

Makayla joined NU Packaging at the end of 2020. She loves being a part of the Customer Service team and helping the company anywhere she can. Along with being part of the Customer Service Team, Makayla also helps out with the Purchasing.

Hobbies: When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and crochet.
